You have to record videos of you paddling from different angles and send them to me. In a 45 min online session we will pay a close look to you technique and where to work on. Based on biomechanics and body functioning we will find an healthy way of paddling that fits to your body composition. There is no “one fits all” rule, but there’s always something to work on.
