SUP & FUN Girls Camps
In April I will already host our 4th SUP&FUN Girls Only SUP Camp together with Tina Funke. We have changing programs with practice and theory, different tests, trainings, good food and lots of fun. The next camp will be from 13.-16. April 2023 at the Baltic Sea with focus on getting comfortable on the ocean. We have only 2 spots left, so let me know if you want to take part!
Workshop Surfcenter “Altmühlsee”
On the 22. April 2023 I will host a 6 hour workshop with the Surfcenter at the “Altmühlsee” in Bavaria. Topics will be SUP Technique analysis and Training aspects. Price p.p. 150 € for 6 hours.
Ladies Race-Workshop & Open Training “SUPalot”
On the 09. June 2023 I will host a 2 hours Ladies Only Race workshop that prepares you for the SUPalot race. I will also host an open “last minute” training on Friday evening before the race.

SUP11 workshop “SUP skool Leeuwarden”
On the 21. June 2023 I will host a 2 hours workshop that prepares you for the SUP 11-City Tour. First we will have a SUP Training session and after a Q&A about the SUP 11-City Tour preparation.
SUP Girls Workshop – Fehmarn
On the 3. August 2023 before the SUP Festival on Fehmarn, Tina Funke and I will give last-minute tips as preparation for the races for all SUP Girls. The workshop lasts 3 hours and is suitable for beginners as well as advanced paddlers. In a mix of theory and practice we will discuss and practice different topics: Procedure (including starting situations, buoy turns, tactics and rules), Dealing with wind, wave currents, Q&A
Location: South beach Fehmarn (festival area)
Cost: 60 € p. P.
Duration: 3 h (13:00-16:00)
